The Mochlos Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) that supports the work of the excavation, including the study and publication of finds as well as the preservation of the site. It also supports a Post-Doctoral Fellowship that is open to scholars working on material from the excavation or related to findings from the excavation. Grants are awarded for 6 or 12 months in the amount of $6000 or $12000 and may be renewed for a second year. The deadline for application is October 1st and the award is made November 1st. Applicants should apply to the Director of the excavation with a vita, a summary of the work the applicant wishes to undertake, and a deadline when the final version of the project is ready to be submitted for publication.
